Making a little space
You can delete your TheSpaceRecords account and its data at any time, from the app or by email. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Everything listed below is removed straight away, and you are signed out.
If you can no longer open the app, email records@thesidneyspace.com from the email address on the account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We reply to confirm the request came from you, then delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner, and email you when it is done.
The record of each purchase (reference, amount, date, items and licence tier) is kept to meet tax and accounting obligations and so licences already granted stay valid. Nobody can sign in to them once the account is deleted.
Data saved on a device you are not signed in on is not reachable from our servers. Signing out or uninstalling the app on that device removes it.
Download any beats you have bought first. Once the account is gone, its Library and re-download links go with it.
